Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before check-in. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable, regardless of the duration of stay.

If the customer decides not to complete their full reservation, an official cancellation must be made 24 hours before the standard check-out time to get a full refund on the remaining nights.

The refund will be credited within 5-7 working days to the customer’s bank account.

All chargeable facilities & Amenities are fully refundable for cancelled nights.
